Credit card company axes hundreds of jobs

Just weeks before Christmas a credit card company has informed hundreds of workers that they are losing their jobs. The job cuts were announced earlier this month to all employees that worked at Barclaycard’s Partner Finance operations centre, which is based in Glasgow.
